Do you believe Prosperity & Success Is God’s Will For All Believers?

It is God’s wll that all believers be prosperous and successful in every area of our lives. Prosperous and successful means every realm of existence—spirit, soul, body and financially. When most people think of being prosperous and successful—they mostly think of money. Money is a part of God’s prosperity, but it is only one part. It is not enough for us to just be blessed financially. God wants us blessed in everything we do, and every part of our existence. WE can not be a blessing to others if we are not blessed: 3 John 2 (TAB): Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in every way and [that your body] may keep well, even as [I know] your soul keeps well and prospers. These verses show that it is God’s will to prosper us. Why? That we might establish His Covenant (reach others for Jesus) and be a blessing to others in whatever area that they need a blessing as the Lord leads us to bless them.
My storehouses are filled with plenty. I honor the Lord with my possessions and with the first fruits of all my increase. (Proverbs 3:9-10) I am willing and obedient and I do enjoy the good of the land. (Isaiah 1:19; 1 Timothy 6:17) I have sought first the kingdom of God and His righteousness. Now all those things I had need of are being added to me. (Matthew 6:33)

We need to decide do we believe what God tells us through his word, or do we believe what the world tells us.

We can only prosper and succeed to the degree which we can see ourselves prosperous and successful. We are the ones who set the limits on our prosperity and success—not God! The boundaries or limitations for our lives is determined by the limits we have set or allowed to be set in our hearts, and souls.
I trust in the living God Who gives me richly all things to enjoy. (1 Timothy 6:17)

EXCESS BAGGAGE

Some time ago, a few years ago actually, a friend and I went to a beautifull part of South Africa; the Golden Gate area, part of the Drackensberg mountain range. My friend a short cropped I.T yuppie in his early twenties, me an aging hippy, long hair and beard lacking only the peace medalion. IN AN INSTANT

We live in an instant world, to the point where a click on a mouse can direct us in milliseconds to millions of choices. Old favorites will appear on our screens in an instant. Is this instannt gratification carried over into our every day and spiritual lives? Has God become a favorite that we havent used for a long time?
